Thank you, and Merry Christmas to you, Colleen, and you, Karin. The Byzantine's celebrate Christmas even longer than the Roman rite-- they go almost to the beginning of Lent. It really throws you when the Christmas tree and the lights are still up at Church for the first week in February. Conversely, if things are busy at your house, it is nice to have the Plan B of putting away the tree and lights with the Byzantines. You get quite a few more weeks out of the decorations and the joy!
